At Brandon Lake, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is finalized.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
